Brief desciption of the resource/practice: 

The FFTRI has been drawing up feminization plans since

2012. The 2023 “Feminization plan to promote gender diversity” relies on 4 axis and 9 priorities actions :

  • Changing attitudes, raising awareness of federal players to the notions of gender diversity and the fight against stereotypes.
  • Improve women's involvement in all areas of federal life
  • Retain our members and encourage newcomers to discover our linked disciplines
  • Offer fair competition from the youngest to the highest level

Moreover, the FFTRI released a documentary on the subject of pregnancies.
