Brief desciption of the resource/practice: 

We encourage our clubs to organise training days, clinics, sport days or inspiration days for girls and women. Those are moments where they can discover the joy of practising a watersport with other ladies. On those days, the clubs arrange female trainers/coaches for the participants. We set up a #girlscan committee for this project and actively promote #girlscan on all our social media and create a special newsletter for the #girlscan activities.
