The Council of Europe is currently implementing an Action “Human Rights Education for Legal professionals (HELP) in Central Asia” under the CoE/EU Rule of Law in Central Asia Programme. In that context, it is looking for a Provider for the provision of event management services for preparation and organisation of an International conference (1,5 days) Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, on 12-13 October 2023.
