These concrete Actions have been decided upon by the European Union, the Council of Europe and the relevant authorities of partner countries. Each Action feeds into the common goal of improving the lives of citizens by reinforcing human rights, democracy and the rule of law in Central Asian countries. All Actions contain a regional component and a bilateral one, based on a demand-driven approach.
