The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Action “Promote efficient functioning of state institutions and public administration” as part of the Joint initiative of the European Union and the Council of Europe – Central Asia Rule of Law Programme 2020-2023. In that context, it is looking for Provider(s) of intellectual services in the fields of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering (AML) and asset recovery systems, business integrity and compliance in the private sector in Kazakhstan to be requested by the Council of Europe on an as needed basis.
