The Council of Europe is currently implementing the project “Promote efficient functioning of state institutions and public administration” as part of the Central Asia Rule of Law Programme which is a joint initiative of the European Union and the Council of Europe. In that context, it is looking for Providers of intellectual services in the field of constitutional and administrative justice as well as in public administration reform and promotion of efficient and democratic functioning of public institutions.
