Report on the framework to measure access to justice including specific challenges facing women: New languages available

New languages are available for the report of the online roundtable on “Framework to measure access to justice including specific challenges facing women”. The translations has been produced by joint EU-Council of Europe joint programme, Partnership for Good Governance II regional project on “Women access to justice: delivering on the Istanbul Convention and other European gender equality standards”. 

The report analyses the specificity of women’s access to justice, including the concept of access to justice in accordance with international and Council of Europe’s human rights standards and describes the role of governments in guaranteeing equal access to justice for all.

The report provides national authorities with recommendations towards a research plan aiming at collecting key data useful to inform policies and interventions by governments to ensure inclusive access to justice to all citizens, including women.

 

The report is now available in ArmenianAzerbaijaniGeorgianRomanianRussian and Ukrainian.

 

This report has been produced as part of the project “Women access to justice: delivering on the Istanbul Convention and other European gender equality standards”, co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe in the framework of the Partnership for Good Governance II.
