Building on its previous achievements, the South Programme V aims to continue to promote co-operation, regional networking and dialogue on human rights, Rule of Law and democracy by widening the geographical scope of the action, engaging the largest possible number of partners and key stakeholders within the Southern Mediterranean region to ensure effective implementation of European and international standards.
