From 23 to 25 November, the European Commission for the efficiency of justice (CEPEJ) conducted an experts’ mission in Baku with the aim to assess the work efficiency of the Supreme Court.
A report with recommendations on the improvement of the case management, processing of cases and e-filing will be prepared as a result of the visit and discussions with the representatives of the Supreme Court based on CEPEJ instruments including the Handbook on court dashboards, SATURN Guidelines for judicial time management, Guidelines on electronic court filing (e-filing) and digitalisation of courts, and the Guidelines on how to drive change towards Cyberjustice.
