The Council of Europe is currently implementing the action “Promoting efficient functioning of state institutions and public administration” as part of the joint initiative of the European Union and the Council of Europe - Central Asia Rule of Law Programme. In that context, it is looking for Providers for organisation of the regional hybrid conference “Modernisation of the public administration and respect for the rule of law principles” which will take place on 12-13 May 2022 in Tashkent (Uzbekistan).
