Brief description of the practice: Plans for women are implemented in sport federations as part of their target agreements concluded with the Ministry of Sport. This panorama includes 86 plans for women that have been elaborated up until March 2016 and constitutes an instrument for promoting and disseminating the actions implemented by the federations. It aims at providing examples of these plans not only to other sports federations, but also to governmental offices and municipalities. It is designed to promote synergies among the various national and territorial players, to mutualise practices, skills and knowledge and to allow to identify key stakeholders and themes in the fields of gender equality in sport.
