These objectives will be achieved by implementing a number of actions. First of all, men should be included in the EOC Gender Equality in Sport Commission, to grant equal representation of both sexes in all events of the EOC. Secondly, data collection will be conducted to evaluate and monitor the participation of women in sport at all levels of the EOC. Thirdly, forums and training courses for sport media will be organised, to improve the coverage of women in sport, promote positive images of women in leadership positions and break stereotypes. Lastly, a collection of best practices will be published and a model programme for seminars to enhance the competencies of women and girls in the areas of leadership and management will be created.
