An online training session for trainers on court management, in particular on the collection and analysis of judicial statistics, performance evaluation, measuring the quality of justice and case and time management was held on 23-25 June.
The participants were judges and court presidents, court staff and representatives of the Ministry of Justice and of the Academy of Justice. Upon successful completion of the training of trainers program, the participants will be engaged in conducting cascade trainings on court management for their peers.
This training session was organised in the framework of the project "Strengthening the efficiency and quality of the judicial system in Azerbaijan", funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in their Partnership for Good Governance II.
