From 28 February to 2 March, a team of Armenian students participated in the 14th edition of the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court 2022 online competition. This is an educational exercise that promotes the peaceful resolution of international disputes in accordance with international law.
The Armenian students competed with the teams from France, India and Italy. The three-month preparation and participation of the team in the competition was supported by the Arbitrators' Association of the Republic of Armenia and our project "Support to the Judicial Reform – enhancing the independence and professionalism of the judiciary in Armenia," funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in the framework of the Partnership for Good Governance II (2019-2022).
