On 30 November 2023, the FC Barcelona Foundation and DIPLOCAT organised the Conference "Esport i gènere, una visió internacional" ("Sport and gender, an international vision"). The event took place in the FC Barcelona Auditorium 1899 and was attended by experts and professionals from Catalonia, Spain and abroad. The aim was to discuss sport as an element of social inclusion, taking into account the gender perspective as a matter of priority. The day was led by sports journalist Laia Bonals.

Francine Hetherington Raveney, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Council of Europe's Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS), explained the scope of the "All In Plus" joint European Union - Council of Europe project.
