Six members of the first instance court of Sidi Bouzid visited the high court of Strasbourg from 29-30 June 2017. The visit has allowed the Tunisian representatives to observe and reflect on the modern methods of court management, which are at the heart of the CEPEJ cooperation work with the Tunisian pilot courts. Some of the approaches explored were the methods of registration and follow-up of cases, judiciary dashboards, the techniques of case preparation and management of civilian hearings, as well as criminal mediation.
