The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), upon invitation of the Italian Parliament and in cooperation with the School of Political Science of the University of Florence, organised a capacity-building seminar for staff members of the Moroccan Parliament on 2-3 March 2017 in Rome (Italy).
The primary purpose of the event was to reinforce the capacity of the 20 officials of the Moroccan Parliament with regards to public policy analysis. By combining both theoretical and concrete examples of the Belgian, French and Italian experiences, the seminar enabled the Moroccan partners to have a better overview of public policy analysis, to recognise its relevance in policy formulation and to better understand the role of the Parliament in the evaluation of public policy impact.
