2014 Lisbon Forum follow up meeting focuses on financing of electoral campaigns in the Southern Mediterranean

Under the umbrella of the South Programme II and upon Tunisia’s offer for hosting, the CoE North-South Centre has organised in Tunis a two-day (27-28 April) follow-up seminar of the Lisbon Forum (LF) 2014, centred on the theme of “financing of electoral campaigns in Southern Mediterranean countries “. Building on the reflections and conclusions of the LF2014, recommendations have been put forth on responses to the requirements of democratic, transparent and fair electoral processes.
