Partnership for Good Governance II (2019-2022)

This section highlights :

  • PGG's contribution to effective implementation of judicial reforms with a view to strengthening the independence, effectiveness and efficiency of the judiciary;
  • PGG's support to establish an impartial and efficient justice system which is the key element for building societies based on respect for the rule of law and human rights in line with the European Convention on Human Rights;
  • PGG's contribution to enhance the application of the European Commission for the efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) tools, reinforcement of the national training institutions, strengthening legislation and capacities of justice actors, enforcement of judgments and improving women’s access to justice;
  • PGG’s contribution to the achievement of the European Union 20 Deliverables for 2020 (Priority II.10.) in the field of judicial reforms and future PGG actions in the field of judicial reform in the EaP countries.
