The St Petersburg Charitable Public Organisation "Biologists for nature conservation" presents a short report on the project implementation in the Russian Federation for 2013. The project implementer, in close cooperation with the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment, have completed an ambitious work programme for 2013. The support form the sub-federal administrative entities, mainly the Oblasts are of extreme importance for the succesful implementation of the Emerald Network in such a large country.
