About the INCLUDE project

The Building capacity for inclusion in education project (INCLUDE) aims to improve access to quality education of students from disadvantaged groups in pre-primary, primary and secondary education - in line with the Beneficiary’s domestic policies and priorities and Council of Europe standards and practices and more specifically, the capacity of the Kosovo* education system to improve participation and support services for Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian children and for children with special needs in pre-primary, primary and sec-ondary education is strengthened.

This project is related to the work of the Education Department which is part of the Directorate of Democratic Participation within the Directorate General of Democracy ("DGII") of the Council of Europe.
