At its 148th plenary session (held on 09-10 October 2026), the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe adopted, among others:
Republic of Moldova
- Opinion on the draft Code on the organisation and functioning of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova
- Opinion on the draft Law on the Status, Conduct, and Ethics of Members of Parliament
These opinions were prepared under the Quick Response Mechanism (QRM), in the framework of the European Union and Council of Europe joint programme Partnership for Good Governance, co-funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe.
