11 trainers of the National Institute of Justice attended 2 days sessions on adult training methodology on January 11-12, 2023.
The training of trainers’ sessions tackled theoretical and practical aspects of andragogy. The participants learned and practised the ways of planning a training session for adults, special training techniques, and tips on how to use non-verbal communication.
The theoretical knowledge was put in practice during the workshop session within which the trainees could get hands-on experience, could handle unexpected difficulties and could demonstrate ways of overcoming them.
This training was carried out jointly with the National Institute of Justice within the framework of the project” Strengthening the capacities of the justice sector actors to deliver justice in line with European standards, in particular to fight discrimination in the Republic of Moldova” funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in their Partnership for Good Governance II (2019-2022).
