A series of 10 online training seminars are being conducted in the field of enforcement in civil and administrative matters, largely based on the new Commentary to the Enforcement Code, recently developed at the initiative of the Council of Europe.
The agenda of these training is focused on the examination by the courts of enforcement agents’ requests and of appeals against their acts, as well as aspects regarding the statements of facts.
The training, intended for a minimum of 200 enforcement agents and judges, is designed to improve the knowledge of the participants and to render more uniform the enforcement and judicial practices. It also serves as an opportunity for representatives of both professions to exchange views on various aspects of jurisprudence and to enhance their inter-professional dialogue.
The activity is implemented in the framework of the project “Support to further strengthening the efficiency and quality of the judicial system in the Republic of Moldova”, funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe and implemented by the Council of Europe in their Partnership for Good Governance II.
