Annual Court Managers' Forum organised in Georgia

The eighth annual Court Managers’ Forum was organised on 16-17 December, aiming at equipping court managers with practical and organisational skills, resulting to a more efficient court system in Georgia. The event was attended by 24 court managers from all the regions, and it serves as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and good practices to streamline and enhance the efficiency of Georgia’s judicial system.

The forum was organised in two parts with practical approaches through the use of CEPEJ tools, the CEPEJ court coaching programme, and revised SATURN guidelines for judicial time management and Time Management Checklist, to the benefit of court managers. Ensuring coherence and reliability in judicial data management was emphasised as an important element by the Supreme Court’s statistics unit, following up to the trainings organised previously.
