Brief description of the practice: Communication campaign highlighting the role of female sports instructors through the production of a poster, flyers and a video capsule called "Become a sports instructor!" which had over 1000 views. A website was also created, listing all the available training sessions in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, and a photography contest was launched. 120 sport centres received this communication kit and the satisfaction survey sent to their managers (response rate 47%) showed very good results. The managers generally described the communication media as relevant: 96% for the website, 95% for the flyer, 90% for the poster and 88% for the video capsule. Thanks to this initiative, a Facebook community of female sport instructors was created and portraits of female instructors were published both on Facebook and in the AES Magazine.
