Project components

The three interlinking project components are all designed to have a real impact on access to services for vulnerable groups and change the situation for individuals on the ground in a targeted and coherent manner:

• 1. projects in 36 municipalities;
• 2. identification and promotion of good practices;
• 3. policy support at the central government level.
