At the Steering Committee meeting on 5 March 2015 in Yerevan, the participants discussed the results of the CoE Action Plan for Armenia 2011-2014 as well as implementation of the programmes in 2015 and beyond, including the projects under the Programmatic Cooperation Framework (PCF) for Eastern Partnership countries. These projects include:

• supporting the criminal justice reform and combating ill-treatment and impunity in Armenia
• penitentiary reform - strengthening the health care and human rights protection in prisons in Armenia
• strengthening integrity and combatting corruption in higher education in Armenia
• long term electoral assistance to the election realted stakeholders of Armenia
