COMUS Goris Local Stakeholders Group gathered on 15 April 2017 at the conference hall of Mirhav Hotel in Goris. Project Implementation Unit team organized the tenth meeting to report back the results of the project activities and try to envision the future of the town with local stakeholders.

Although some of the heritage-led projects are in the phase of implementation by the Government of Armenia with a World Bank loan, there are plenty of ideas that were voiced out during COMUS LSG meetings and need follow-up.

The Reference Plan, Preliminary Technical Files for shortlisted projects, Feasibility Studies for selected “champion projects”, together with the brochure and the short film sharing all these ideas are paving a way for future community-led development in this small historical town at the “edge of Europe”.
