On 12 August 2016, the Elder’s Council of Gyumri held its session during which Council ‘s members discussed and approved the COMUS Reference Plan for Gyumri which was introduced by Mr. Henrik Gasparyan, Chief Architect of Gyumri and active COMUS Local Stakeholder Group members.

Few days ago, the Reference Plan was presented to the Mayor of Gyumri, Mr. Samvel Balassanyan, who both positively expressed his satisfaction for the considerable work and highlighted his desire to add some provisions in the four-year Development Plan of Gyumri city.
