Justice Dashboard Eastern Partnership: Publication of the 2024 data analysis

The European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ) has released the results of the 2024 data collection for the “Dashboard for the Eastern Partnership”, covering Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine.

  1. Comparative tables and graphs, highlight regional trends across 12 key indicators on the efficiency and quality of judicial systems and it includes an overview of judicial reforms.
  2. Detailed "Beneficiary Profiles" present analyses of each national judicial system through tables, and graphs, that show the evolution in time also in comparison with regional median values. They also include focused analysis on selected indicators, particularly those related to judicial independence and accountability.
  3. Key findings and analysis, brings together comparative data for all countries on topics selected by the European Commission: efficiency, quality, mandate of judges and prosecutors, and accountability of judges and prosecutors. It combines quantitative and qualitative findings and presents them through clear, accessible, graphics and tables.
