The Council of Europe is currently implementing a joint European Union/Council of Europe Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey, which will end in May 2019. There are 4 actions implemented under the Horizontal Facility in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In view of implementing the communication and visibility plan, the Council of Europe Office in Bosnia and Herzegovina is looking for provider to support the implementation of the actions with a particular expertise on communication and public relations services.

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 25 August 2018.
