Montenegrin judges, prosecutors and police officers discussed guidelines on “Conflict of Interest and ethics” developed within the Action against Economic Crime in Montenegro. The guidelines aim to address a pending recommendation by GRECO to the Montenegrin authorities on the development of such guidelines. Three separate workshops were organised with each target group to discuss in details the applicable legislation, the practical issues in Montenegro and the good practices to be followed by each group.
