A particular focus of the EU and Council of Europe joint action “Judicial training institutes for Quality and Sustainability” is to enhance co-operation and exchange among justice training institutions in the Western Balkan region. To this end, a catalogue of Human Rights training materials has been developed with the actions’ support.

The catalogue lists all human rights training materials developed by the Council of Europe in co-operation with the judicial training institutes of the Western Balkan region and provides the links to all the materials available online. This initiative contributes to sharing of good practices among judicial training institutions and creates more harmonised and sustainable approach towards further development of human rights training materials in the region.

The Catalogue was developed within the action “Judicial training institutes for Quality and Sustainability in the Western Balkan", implemented in the framework of the joint programme of the European Union and the Council of Europe “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”.
