Within the framework of the European Union/Council of Europe joint programme "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022" and its action ‘’Promotion of diversity and equality in Serbia’’, the Council of Europe is looking for a Provider for the provision of consultancy services, technical assistance and backstopping in preparing the Commentaries to the Law on National Councils of National Minorities.
