Within the framework of the joint European Union/Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”, the Council of Europe is currently implementing the action on Promotion of diversity and equality in Montenegro.
In that context, it is looking for a Provider for purchase of consultancy services for conducting a survey on discrimination patterns in Montenegro and drafting its analytical report.
