Prosecutors and investigators from Belarus followed a two-day training on the liability of legal entities, in Minsk on 17-18 May.
In the course of the training participants examined different approaches to regulating corporate liability and good strategies and tools for investigation and prosecution of companies involved in economic malfeasances. The training programme included lectures, discussions and practical exercises.
This activity is part of the the Joint Council of Europe / European Union PCF Project for Belarus “Good Governance and Fight against Corruption”.
