In the framework of the action on “Strengthening the human rights protection of migrants and victims of human trafficking in Turkey”, implemented under the joint European Union and the Council of Europe programme “Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022”, the Council of Europe initiates a call, a competitive bidding procedure, for the provision of consultancy services within the migration component to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.

Deadline for submission of tenders is 21 September 2020.
