On the occasion of the 7th edition of the European Para Youth Games, organised by the European Paralympic Committee from 24 to 27 July in Istanbul, Türkiye, the “Sport For All” Team recorded video interviews and podcasts with numerous role models. Athletes from 8 different disciplines (boccia, para archery, para athletics, para judo, para swimming, para table tennis, para taekwondo, wheelchair basketball) as well as coaches, referees, sports organisers and other sports actors shared their stories, thoughts and messages about the development of sports for persons with disabilities.

These in-depth conversations will be published on the Resources Page of the Sport For All website as from September.

Inclusion is a fundamental principle and essential aim for both the Council of Europe (CoE) and the European Union (EU). The CoE and the EU are pursuing their co-operation in the field of inclusion in sport in the framework of the joint project “Sport For All” (March 2025 – August 2026).
