Overall objective:

  • To develop digital educational tools for inclusive education to be used in classrooms for cooperative learning between students with disabilities and students without disabilities and materials for teacher training that provide guidance supporting teachers in the using the tools.

 

Specific objectives/Outcomes:

  • Awareness of the importance of cooperative learning between students with disabilities and students without disabilities is raised in schools.
  • The capacity of teachers to use digital tools and apply cooperation methods of learning between students with disabilities and students without disabilities is increased.
  • Students are empowered with digital skills by using tools for digital cooperative learning and develop digital materials using those tools.

 

Activities/Outputs:

  • Development of learning tools: online digital scaffolding instruments for collaborative learning between students with disabilities and students without disabilities will be developed.
  • Teacher training: teacher training will be carried out in Montenegro and Austria in co-operation with partner institutions in 5 primary schools and 5 secondary schools.
  • A handbook for teachers: a handbook for teachers will be developed to provide guidance on how to promote collaborative learning between students with disabilities and students without disabilities.
  • Piloting of materials: the materials developed within the framework of the project will be tested in inclusive classrooms, as well as during teacher training.
  • International competition: an international competition will be organised regarding the use of developed digital technologies to promote inclusive education. The best work will be promoted at international science and education fairs.
  • Academic paper: a paper for an international scientific journal highlighting project results and lessons learned will be prepared.
