  • Gender equality in coaching

Brief description of the practice: The DOSB offers systematic guidance to its member associations through this process, including professional advice and support from a female team of experts from sports, politics and the sciences. The aim of this initiative is to help the associations to implement the tasks and at the same time by using coaching activities to motivate women even more, giving them the confidence to take the road to the top. In particular, the experts help evaluate the current situation in each organisation, by identifying actions to implement in order to improve it and by outlining the path for their implementation. This process takes one year, and each organisation can choose whether to follow it and when.
