Particularly, women participating in the programme have leadership roles in national sport federations. The Program includes individual mentoring (each participant is paired with a mentor), training in practical meetings and group discussions, which are usually grouped in three-day sessions for a total duration of nine months. The academic content is produced in co-operation with the AFF, a foundation at the Norwegian School of Economics, which works with management development.
