Call for Participation - 4th Council of Europe Dialogue with Roma and Traveller civil society - focusing on Roma Youth Employment and Vocational Education and Training
CALL for participating at the 4th Council of Europe Dialogue with Roma and Traveller civil society that will take place on 18-19 September 2017 in Strasbourg, France.
The 4th Dialogue meeting will concentrate on the issue of Roma Youth Employment and Vocational Education and Training and address ways to ensure a bridge between education and employment for young Roma and Travellers.
EC Public consultation on the "Recomendation on promoting social inclusion and shared values through formal and non-formal learning"
The European Commission is carrying out until 11 August 2017 a public consultation of the "Recomendation on promoting social inclusion and shared values through formal and non-formal learning". The online questionnaire will gauge public opinion on the importance of equipping young people with shared values and how education and non-formal learning can help achieve this aim in view of creating more socially cohesive societies.
All citizens and organisations are welcome to contribute to this consultation. Contributions are particularly welcome from: education and training institutions, teachers, educators and leaders of educational institutions, civil society sector organisations, public authorities at national, regional and local level, youth organisations, social partners, pupils and students.
