Methodological approach:
The evaluation was based on three main sources of data: the study carried out by the external contractor (Study for the evaluation of ESF Support to Youth Employment), public consultation, an estimate of macroeconomic indirect effects of youth employment operations using the Dynamic Computable General Equilibrium model ‘Rhomolo’ developed by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre.
