In this section of the Visible Value, you may find the real treasure from the field of recognition of youth work. This is a well-selected collection of the recognition tools and practices that have been developed all over Europe.

We hope it will inspire you to develop your own or at least to imagine what the recognition might look like in very practical terms. Our intention is that this collection is regularly updated. So, if you are aware of other tools and practices that deserve to be included, please, let us know. In the meantime, enjoy the current collection.

Back ProfilPASS for young people

Supporting young people in recognising their strengths.

Short description:

ProfilPASS for young people is an instrument for self-reflection and self-recognition of their strengths, skills, interests, and goals.

The reflection process can be supported by the trained ProfilPASS advisors. In that case, at the end of the process, the young person may receive the Certificate of Competence.

It may be used for applying for further education, apprenticeship, or a job.

The instrument is available in English, German, Spanish, and French.

The ProfilPASS was developed by the German Institute for Adult Education - Leibniz Centre for Lifelong Learning (DIE) and the Institute for Developmental and Structural Research. It was funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the European Union.
