I have
- 20 years experience in the fields of youth, non-formal education and civil society development with extensive project development, management and evaluation experience across the wider-Europe;
- documented professional experience in European cooperation, with specific expertise in the fields of youth, non-formal education and civil society development;
- extensive in-field experience across geographical Europe (especially, East Central Europe, Eastern Partnership countries, South Eastern Europe);
- worked in a great variety of roles as a consultant (for CoE, UN, EU, Partnership on Youth, OSF, Roma Education Fund, European Cultural Foundation, international NGOs and development organisations), e.g. senior trainer, curriculum developer, lead consultant on evaluation and policy review processes, researcher, facilitator of strategic development processes, author or editor of circa. 20 publications, team leader in complex strategic development projects;
- key skills for youth work and youth policy: European cooperation in the fields of education, training, lifelong learning, culture, youth and social policy; effective communication capacity in 6 languages, advanced drafting skills in English and French; conceptualisation, development, facilitation and evaluation of training for civil society development, youth participation, multi-stakeholder policy development processes, and civil servants with youth related responsibilities.
