A few words about myself
For already 20 years, I have been working in PRONI Center for Youth Development in Brcko, and currently at the position of the General Manager.

Over the years of work on development of a civil, safe and multi-ethnic society in Brcko District, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Balkans, I have created and implemented many programs and projects in the areas of peace, reconciliation, youth work, child protection, gender issues, culture, juvenile delinquency, youth policies, informal education, and other projects.

I was also active as a member and youth/civil society representative in many public institutions and structures for youth/civil society on local and international levels.

I have experience as project director in large scale USAID funded project, I have managed Sida funded project as well as EU and UN funded projects and I have experience in writing project proposals and reports for above mentioned agencies.
