The ProS4+ project team, Council of Europe consultants and University of Liverpool representatives came together to discuss the roadmap for the development of an e-learning course. The working group meeting took place at the Council of Europe headquarters in Strasbourg on 17 November 2017.

The activity was organised within the Sub-project 3 of the ProS4+ which aims at creating an online tool to promote the new Council of Europe Convention on safety, security and service at sports events (CETS 218), and the Standing Committee Recommendation Rec(2015)1, its annexes and appendices. The ProS4+ project will cooperate with the Centre for Educational Development & Support (CEDS) of the University of Liverpool for the development of this e-learning course.
