The ROMACTED Phase 2 Support team meeting was organised in Skopje on 2 July, gathering together the Project Staff, Focal Point from Phase 1 (ADDR SONCE), Phase 2 Support organisation (Institute for Research and Policy Analysis - Romalitico), as well as the representatives of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Ms Mabera Kamberi from the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy underlined that ROMACTED remains one of the most important Programmes for the Ministry. On a similar note, the National Roma Contact Point, Mr Elvis Memeti, shared that ROMACTED is a valuable tool for community mobilising and improvement of the situation in Roma communities. Full support for the implementation of Phase 2 was given by both parties.

The event also brought together the newly selected facilitators within ROMACTED Phase 2, who had an opportunity to meet the larger team and learn more about the methodology and working methods of the Programme. The aim of the meeting was to reflect on the Programme's Phase 1 implementation and discuss the next steps within Phase 2. Special attention was given to the visibility and communication throughout the Programme. Workplans per partner municipality will be drawn in the upcoming period.
