The Secretariat of the Joint EU/CoE Project “Promoting Human Rights and Minority Protection in South East Europe” is launching a call for submission of bids for the production of a TV report. The report will aim to present and promote the good practices in the field of minority protection emerged during the implementation of the Project.

 

The secretariat invites interested service providers to submit their bid for the following tasks:

1. Preparation of a scenario based on seven success stories of the Project;
2. Scheduling field visits in accordance with the Project secretariat;
3. Filming the “Open Days” of the seven successful municipalities; and
4. Finalising the product, including the release of a 16-minute report as well as the production of seven 4-minute trailers (one for each municipality).

 

All offers (in English) should be submitted to [email protected] by 20 April 2016 and should include the overall price for the work and CV and track record of the service provider.
